C.O.M.P.A.S. Program - New Horizons Community Service Board
The Community Oriented Minority Prevention and Addiction Services(C.O.M.P.A.S) Program is a SAMHSA funded program designed to reduce and/or prevent the spread of HIV and address substance abuse issues among high-risk adults in an 8 county area of the West Central Georgia Public Health District.
 
 
Our goal is to provide a supportive environment where women and men are given information and FREE HIV TESTING while receiving quality, evidence based substance abuse treatment aimed at reducing HIV infection and substance abuse relapse rates.  Our trained staff are committed to delivering exceptional, confidential services while breaking down the barriers to treatment such as childcare, transportation and public stigma to ensure women can achieve their overall individual life goals.
 
 
Our vision is to support men and women through their time of need in order to assist them to successfully complete the program and to continue on to lead a sober, healthy lifestyle.
