What is New Horizons Community Service Board???
 
New Horizons Community Service Board is a non-profit organization providing mental health, developmental disability and addictive diseases services to citizens in Harris, Talbot, Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Stewart, Randolph, Quitman and Clay counties. New Horizons is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
 
 
The mission of New Horizons CSB is to provide ongoing, accessible and affordable services with experience and trained staff to persons with mental health needs, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases.  The primary goal of the organization is to promote well-being, independence and recovery for the individuals served.

Persons who wish to make a first appointment for themselves or their child for mental health or substance abuse services may call:

The Central Access staff member will conduct a brief interview to obtain basic information, and will make you an appointment at the most appropriate service location.  Persons requesting intake evaluation for Developmental Disabilities services may call Columbus Community Services at
